The Innovation Centre Sunshine Coast
- is a tech-savvy, big-bandwidth entrepreneurship hub owned by the University of the Sunshine Coast at Sippy Downs in the heart of the region’s Knowledge Precinct.

Located roughly at the mid-point of Australia’s eastern seaboard, the Sunshine Coast provides access to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and other major centres in Australasia while offering excellent proximity to the rest of Asia to the North/Northwest too. (We’re not the only one to have spotted this – not far from us, a $303 million airport expansion program is currently underway.)

The local Government (Sunshine Coast Council) is positioning the area to become Australia’s leading smart city region. It’s major initiatives include facilitating the construction of a “once in a lifetime…new capital city for the Sunshine Coast” and a new international submarine internet cable that will provide direct data connectivity to the rest of the world.

The new undersea cable complement five other cables in operation today (four in Sydney and a fifth in Perth) and are anticipated to enhance iLiveIt’s already high-speed internet access (300MBps) which we enjoy as a member of the University of the Sunshine Coast’s Innovation Centre.

For these and employee-lifestyle reasons, we decided to locate in one of Australia’s most promising regional economies.

We also maintain a satellite office in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, because we’re in the City regularly to work with our partners, suppliers and clients.
